Master Technician – Seat/Cupra Solihull

£39,000 – £45,000 Basic, £55,000+ OTE, Uncapped Bonus, Paid Overtime

£125 uplift per month for MOT qualified Technicians

We’re looking for a highly skilled Master Technician to join our team at our Seat/Cupra dealership in Solihull

  • £39,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience & accreditation)

The role

  • Leading diagnostics and fault-finding across a wide range of vehicles
  • Carrying out high-level repairs and technical work to manufacturer standards
  • Working closely with the Workshop Controller to maintain efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring accurate and thorough job card completion and reporting
  • Supporting quality control and maintaining high workshop standards
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks (EVHC) and identifying additional work

What we’re looking for

  • Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex repair work
  • MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong leadership or mentoring capability
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
