Johnsons Cars are one of the UK’s leading independent Franchise Dealership Networks, with 58 multi-award winning Dealerships across the UK. Established in 1999 we have grown rapidly to represent a variety of global car manufacturers with 17 marques in total ranging from Volkswagen to Volvo, Honda, Toyota Lexus and Mazda to Fiat, Jeep, Hyundai, Seat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Skoda, Suzuki and Ford.

In addition to our Dealership network we also operate a number of B2B centres with TPS for trade parts and Johnsons Fleet Services who were recently announced as Fleet Dealer of the Year 2023.

Technical Excellence with OEM Training:

Our commitment to excellence starts with our Technicians we work with our brands to ensure every one of our technicians is about to continue their learning journey with the Technical Colleges. This ensures that our team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge and qualifications. We believe that investing in our technicians' abilities is a cornerstone of our success and such in addition to technical training we encourage and fund MOT licences for our people wanting to achieve or maintain their MOT licence.

Training Pathway:

Across many roles in our dealerships our people embark on a training pathway, which could cover anything from learning about the latest vehicles to achieving full brand accreditation as Service Advisors, Sales Executives, Parts Advisors, or even obtaining brand-accredited manager status.

Johnsons Training Academy:

As part of our commitment to creating opportunities for success, we have established the Johnsons Training Academy, through the Academy we provide dedicated Johnsons training to continuously develop the skills of our sales and service teams. Our face-to-face training sessions are designed to empower our employees with the expertise they need to excel in their roles.
